Mole Valley District Council (MVDC) is leading the exciting Transform Leatherhead Masterplan initiative to
re-invent, expand and transform Leatherhead town centre.
MVDC’s Property and Regeneration team work alongside our partners, consultants and contractors to manage the Swan Centre and deliver the Masterplan initiatives.
The team includes a broad range of professionally qualified staff with experience working in a variety of roles relating to Property Management and Town Centre Regeneration. Our experience has been gained working for both for private and public sector organisations dealing with similar towns to Leatherhead in terms of size and market catchment.
The team is supported within MVDC by other specialist teams who contribute to the delivery of Transform Leatherhead.
